Like his skating, the method in which Paul Rodriguez launched his signature model with Nike SB speaks to meticulous attention to craft. Designed by Tinker Hatfield, it was only fitting to pay tribute to MJ by peppering his first model with several design cues from Jordan Brand's most iconic shoes. Starting with the elephant print overlays and subtle perforation on the side-wall, the Nike Zoom cupsole even featured Jordan’s classic Jumpman branding on each heel.
