Ten years ago, Jürgen Blümlein, aka @skateboardmuseum on Instagram, curated a 10 Years of Nike SB exhibition. Now, 10 years later, it’s only fitting that he adds on the second decade of Nike Skateboarding for a full 20-year retrospective.
Kicking off in Berlin, Germany in March, Jürgen and team weaved together exhibits for 20 definitive SB themes from the past 20 years - looking at collabs, skate shops, signature styles, and much more. If you missed the opening, here’s a glimpse of what went down and what you can expect as the exhibit continues its journey through London, Copenhagen, and Barcelona this summer- with a rumored finale in LA at the end of the year.

The 20 Years of SB exhibit then rolled through London’s Hoxton Arches, bringing the same 20 themes with a few added items.
We opened the space Thursday, May 19 premiering Casper Brooker’s latest part with Jacob Harris filmed entirely at London’s South Bank. The following evening we continued our women’s franchise, Not Here By Luck, with a feature of London’s very own Savannah Keen. Keep an eye on our YouTube channel for the digital premiere soon.
The 20 Years of SB exhibit continues its Euro Trip in June as we head to Copenhagen. Hope to see you there.
